Salary: $44.75/hour

Hours: 30 to 40 hours a week

Minimum Education: High School
Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience

Job Duties:

• • Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations of the truck and trailer repair shop to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.

   

  • Manage, schedule, and evaluate the work of mechanics, and support staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.

   

  • Oversee repair and maintenance activities for trucks and trailers to ensure work meets industry regulations and quality requirements.

   

  • Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, including ordering materials and controlling costs.

   

  • Prepare work schedules, monitor labour hours, and ensure adequate staffing levels for shop operations.

   

  • Handle customer inquiries, service estimates, and resolve operational or service-related issues professionally.

   

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
