Work Location: 125 Taravista Way NE Calgary, Alberta T3J 4K8

Wage rate: $21/hour for 32 to 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: No work experience required.

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Provide care and supervision to children in the family home.
• Assist children with their daily routines and personal care needs.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the children.
• Plan and participate in recreational and educational activities.
• Support children’s general well-being and development.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to child care.
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding routines, activities, and care.
• Inform parents of the children’s daily activities and any concerns.
• Communicate with parents regarding the children’s daily activities, behaviour, health, and any concerns.
