Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

• Manage daily food and beverage operations.

• Monitor food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate catering/events and ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality management.
