Terms of Employment:
Contract/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $24.83/hr

Duration of Contract: 12  months

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps and dirt
• Enpty thrash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Perform minor repairs , safety and security checks
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and gardens
• Clean and disenfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
• Work with minimal supervision

Work Condition:

• Work under pressure
• Repetitive tasks
• Handling heavy loads
• Physically demanding
• Bending, crouching and kneeling

Job requirements:

• At least a high school graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
• Work Experience of at least 1 to 7 months of work experience in similar capacity
• Criminal Record Check (Proof)
