Job description

Job duties:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the organization’s day-to-day operational logistics to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
• Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinate activities and workflow with other work units, departments, and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, provide guidance and support to staff, and recommend measures to enhance workplace productivity and operational efficiency.
• Requisition and procure materials, equipment, supplies, and other resources required for day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
• Prepare, compile, and submit operational, administrative, and performance-related reports as required.
• Train and orient staff on their assigned duties, workplace procedures, organizational policies, and applicable operational standards.

Educational requirements: Post-secondary credential

Work experience requirements: Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required
