Work Location: 401 8th St, Suite 110, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 3R5

Wage rate: $38.50/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Plan, organize, direct, and control daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant and kitchen staff and monitor their performance.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, labour and food costs, and implement cost-control measures.
• Manage inventory and order food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant supplies.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, sanitation, health, and safety standards are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service and operational issues.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase sales.
• Maintain required records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
