Cuisine Specialties: East Indian

Specific Skills:

• Prepare and cook Indian meals or individual dishes and foods, determine size of food portions

• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies (monitor inventory),
• inspect kitchens and food service areas,
• train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment,
• supervise kitchen staff and helpers,maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen, and work areas.

• manage kitchen operations.
• Should be able to make hand made Rumali Roti.
  
• Should be able to make biryani dishes.
• Should have knowledge of Indian Spices
• Assist with menu planning and large corporate food orders.
• Should be able to do bulk cooking for large catering orders.

​Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Indian Cuisine

Languages: English
