Job Title- Insurance Agent

Vacancies – 1

Wage - $37 / hour

Hours - 35-40 ( weekend shift ) 

Main duties

• · Sell various types of insurance policies, including personal, auto, home, tenant, condo, travel, and business insurance;
• · Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options;
• Calculate premiums, explain policy terms, and arrange payment methods;
• Create and customize insurance coverage packages according to clients’ specific needs;
• Review existing policies to ensure clients have proper and adequate coverage;
• Ensure that policies meet client requirements and provide client satisfaction;
• Assist clients with renewals, policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and claims-related inquiries;
• Handle insurance claims support and related administrative tasks;
• Maintain accurate client records and update policy information in the system;
• Follow company procedures and applicable insurance regulations while providing professional customer service.

Job Requirement

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation

Experience 

1-year related experience

Certification

Provincial certification

Experience and specialization

Insurance experience

• Property/casualty insurance
• Commercial insurance
• Automobile insurance
• Fire insurance
• House insurance
• Tenant insurance
