Operations Manager – Residential (Equity Partner Opportunity)

The Role:
We are a growing builder specializing in Custom Homes, Townhomes, and Multi-Family projects across Alberta and BC. We aren’t looking for an employee; we are looking for a Team Owner. You will lead our office and field operations, bridge the gap between estimating and execution, and treat this business as your own. Your success is our success.

The "Must-Haves":
Experience: 5+ years in senior residential construction operations.
Tech Mastery: Expert in estimating (Plan Swift/STACK) and scheduling (Builder trend/MS Project).
Regional Knowledge: Strong trade connections and building code expertise in both AB and BC.
Mindset: You "know everything" about the project lifecycle and are ready to mentor a high-performing team.
