Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Conduct staff evaluations, set work schedules, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze costs and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
    Cost products and services, and manage financial records by balancing cash and completing balance sheets and related reports.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and modify procedures and price.
  • Manage and analyze the restaurant’s budget, including controlling supply costs and monitoring revenue to manage labour expenses.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts for food, equipment, andother essential supplies.
  • Communicate with customers to arrange catering services or event planning
  • Provide training, guidance, and leadership to staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
