Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of all food and beverage outlets at Canopy by Hilton, including restaurant, bar, cafe, and banquet services, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and profitable operations in line with Hilton brand standards.
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures, policies, and service standards, ensuring alignment with Hilton's "Positive Stay" guest experience philosophy.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise food and beverage staff, and oversee their training, development, and performance management to maintain high service standards and team efficiency.
  • Establish staff work schedules, supervise daily employee activities, and monitor performance to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control operational budgets, inventory levels, and revenues, and adjust procedures and pricing as required to maintain profitability and meet financial targets.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and adherence to Hilton service excellence standards.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with suppliers for food, beverages, and other necessary supplies to ensure cost control, quality assurance, and timely availability of products.
  • Arrange and negotiate with clients for catering services and the use of hotel facilities for banquets, receptions, and special events, ensuring successful execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as Hilton corporate policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
