Objective

The main objective of Riverside Liquor Store is to ensure that the recruitment and selection process is unbiased, transparent, ensuring that we hire the best candidates for the position.

About us

The Riverside Liquor Store is located at the entrance of Wabasca, Alberta.  We are proud to service our community with hard liquor, beers and beverage.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

Assistant Liquor Store Manager (NOC 60020)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor store’s daily operation and comply safety standard and local liquor laws
• Monitor store staff’s performance and assign duties to sales and cashiers
• Monitor sales revenues and expenses
• Create and coordinate promotions to boost sales
• Oversee store’s daily opening and closing at the end of shift or end of the night
• Maintain store inventory level, order and receive merchandise from suppliers
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• More duties might be included if needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation, post-secondary edcuation is an asset
• Language: Excellent oral English communication
• Experience: 2-3 years of liquor store manager or supervisor experience
• Supervision: 3-4 people
