Talencor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries. The BDM plays a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service across the province.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively
- Assist in developing sales strategies that align with company goals and growth objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development within the 'staffing industry.'
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet sales targets consistently
- Currently resides in Ontario
