Job description
NOC 13112 - Medical administrative assistants
- Confirm medical appointments and receive and communicate messages for patients and medical staff
- Prepare and enter electronic medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review
- Obtain information from patients to complete forms, documents, and case histories
- Complete all insurance and other claim forms
- Establish and maintain confidential medical records and files
- Billing and financial statements preparation
- Implement and maintain various administrative support procedures for the office, such as the tracking and filing of documents and monthly reporting

- Previous experience would be an asset -
- Languages – English
- Education - Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience would be an asset - 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Location - On-site. There is no option to work remotely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Wages: $28/Hr
