About the Role

Wendy’s Restaurant is seeking motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisors to oversee daily food service operations at our Brandon, Manitoba location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain quality standards, and lead staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Ensure that food quality and customer service meet company standards

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

• Prepare and manage staff work schedules

Requirements

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service or hospitality

Language:

• English

Work Setting:

• On-site position (no remote work option available)
