Cleaner at Telegraph Harbour Marina

Location: 76 Marina Drive, Thetis Island, BC V0R 2Y0

Work location: On site

Salary: $21.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1-7 months similar experience

Responsibilities:

•  Clean and sanitize marina facilities including washrooms, showers, offices and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in buildings, docks, and surrounding areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage, recycling, and debris from marina grounds.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including docks, walkways, and parking areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
