Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $ 18.00/hour + 4% Vacation pay on each scheduled cheque
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description and Duties:
The General Farm Worker will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the blueberry farm. Duties include:
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- Soil preparation, plowing, weeding, and packing of crops
- Plant blueberry bushes following farm-specific spacing and planting techniques
- Prune and trim bushes to optimize fruit yield
- Hand harvesting of berries and maintaining post-harvest quality
- Operate farm machinery and equipment
- Assisting with the maintenance of farming equipment
- Removing debris and maintaining a clean work environment
- Adhering to farm safety protocols
Job Requirements:
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Language: No language requirement
