Job description

We are hiring an experienced food service supervisor who can perform following duties:

• Supervise and check food deliveries & orders on delivery apps.
• Ensure food service and quality control as per restaurant standards.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff that prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventories and schedule of staff.
• Training new hires and implementing new procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure staff is following food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance and assist in performance management.
• Balance end-of-day and create deposits.

Salary: $18.00 per hour | Full Time, Permanent position
Weekend availaibility, flexible shifts
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
