We are the franchise of Osmow’s and running the Fast-food outlet at Toronto since January 2024. Osmow’s is a fast casual restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of the Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.

 

Our Store is located at 165 E Liberty Street,Toronto, ON M6K 3P6

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation and cooking of food across multiple stations in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure dishes meet franchise standards for taste, presentation, and portions.
  • Execute menus accurately and apply approved seasonal updates.
  • Hire, train, and supervise kitchen teams to uphold brand standards.
  • Enforce health protocols and oversee kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Advise clients on menu planning for special events or catering orders.
  • Ensure that all food meets quality and safety standards.
  • Estimate required ingredients and potentially calculate food and labor costs.
  • Supervise cooks and Kitchen helpers in their daily tasks.
  • Manage the purchase, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment.
  • Prepare and cook meals regularly or for events and catering.
  • Demonstrate new cooking methods and equipment to the kitchen team.
  • Train cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
  • Requisition of food, kitchen supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Provide regular reports to owners on food costs, labor, and kitchen performance.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

·       At least 2 – 3 years related experience.

·       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·       Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to work independently and with team too.

·       Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.

·       Have good communication skills.
