Sunstone Supermarket & Meat Shop Ltd, Located: 10737 Delsom Crescent, Delta, BC V4C 0A5,
needs full time Retail Store Manager.

Wages $45.00 per hour
Weekly working hours: 30-35

Duties include:-


Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
Review customers and market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts etc




Job Requirements:
Qualified candidate must have:

College program completion of min 1 year with min 1 year of work experience in same field of employment.

Language: English
Must have good interpersonal and managerial skills.
