Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to establish work priorities and ensure operational goals are met.
 
- Organize, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure efficient completion of work within deadlines.
 
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational logistics across all functional areas of the organization.
 
- Plan, direct, and oversee workflow between departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
 
- Review and approve operational and performance reports; provide management with regular updates and recommendations.
 
- Ensure all computer systems, machinery, and related equipment are functioning efficiently; oversee scheduling of maintenance and repairs.
 
- Identify and resolve work-related issues; provide technical guidance and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
 
- Lead recruitment and selection processes; interview, hire, and onboard new staff members.
 
- Supervise staff training and development initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
 
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support employee growth and accountability.
 
- Assign and review work to maintain quality standards and adherence to organizational objectives.
 
- Authorize and monitor requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
 
- Oversee inventory organization, control, and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
