Job Description:

• Make sure the finished goods and ingredients are fresh.
• Assemble and prepare the ingredients for the menu items.
• Follow recipe instructions, which include weighing, measuring, and combining ingredients.
• Helping other cooks to make sure food orders are finished in a timely manner.
• Prepare food items as per the customer requirements, including customized requests.
• Food portions and food presentation should meet company standards.
• Cooking utensils are cleaned before every use.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Monitoring and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Check food before it is served to customers.

 Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education in the cooking field or a minimum of 1- year of experience is required in the same field.
