- -Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
-Lead brand positioning for hybrid concepts, integrating multiple verticals (e.g., food & lifestyle) into a unified, premium lifestyle brand experience.
-Drive the growth of multi-category lifestyle brands across retail and digital channels.
-Plan and execute marketing initiatives tailored to mall-based retail environments and boutique concepts.
-International sourcing and supply-chain communication
-Familiarity with working with suppliers in China, the Netherlands, and South America, especially in floral or specialty retail
-Ability to align marketing and operations when managing imports and launch timelines
-Analyze mall foot traffic and consumer behavior to optimize event-driven customer acquisition strategies.
-Oversee the execution of in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand events that drive engagement and revenue.
-Direct the development, maintenance, and performance of the company’s website, intranet, and digital presence.
-Lead the creation of high-quality promotional materials, digital content, newsletters, and press releases.
-Integrate CRM systems, loyalty programs, and digital advertising strategies to enhance in-store and online customer engagement.
-Analyze market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategy, product development, and pricing.
-Develop and track KPIs including customer retention, foot traffic, and digital engagement to evaluate campaign success.
-Evaluate communication and promotional programs to ensure consistent brand messaging and impact.
-Oversee visual identity and creative execution across all platforms in collaboration with designers, photographers, and creative agencies.
-Direct the development of educational and promotional materials to elevate brand perception and customer experience.
-Coordinate and promote events for publicity, fundraising, and customer engagement.
-Act as company spokesperson and primary media contact; initiate and maintain media relationships.
-Lead public relations efforts including press briefings, interviews, and external communications.
-Hire, train, and lead marketing staff; foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
-Work closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to align marketing timelines with product availability and imports.
-Support the planning and marketing of new retail location openings to ensure successful brand expansion.
-Manage marketing budgets, contracts, and external vendor relationships.
-Oversee Marketing operations and represent the company in negotiations, contract approvals, and strategic partnerships.
-Source and manage international vendors and suppliers in support of floral or specialty retail product lines.
