Warehouse Clamp Forklift Operator

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Company Overview:
We are a fast-paced warehouse and logistics company seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes and operate clamp forklifts safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a clamp forklift to safely handle, move, and stack pallets and large items

• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas

• Organize inventory and ensure items are stored securely

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed

• Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification, with experience on clamp forklifts

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience

• Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime if required)
