Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Resposibilities:

• Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, from cracked screens to internal faults
• Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults
• Repair or replace defective and damaged telephones, wire and associated equipment.
• Replace faulty components like batteries, ports, and buttons
• Clean and maintain devices to prevent performance issues
• Perform advanced repairs including microsoldering
• Test devices post-repair to confirm full functionality
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain issues, and provide estimates
• Manage inventory: track parts, organize stock, and reorder supplies
• Stay current with mobile tech trends and repair techniques
• Inspect parts for quality and maintain inspection logs
