Location: 231 Oak Park Blvd suite 301 Oakville, ON L6H 7S8
 Salary: $36.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
 Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
 Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
 Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate electronic devices to determine whether they require repair, refurbishment, or recycling.
 
- Diagnose and locate faults in circuits, components, or systems using specialized testing tools.
 
- Install, repair, or replace defective and worn-out electronic parts while following safety and environmental standards.
 
- Test, adjust, and calibrate repaired or refurbished products to ensure optimal performance and quality.
 
- Disassemble unusable equipment safely to recover reusable components and recyclable materials.
 
- Maintain detailed work orders, test results, and maintenance or repair reports accurately.
 
- Prepare repair and refurbishment cost estimates and report on material usage.
 
- Support the company’s sustainability mission by minimizing electronic waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
 
Eligibility Requirements:
- College/CEGEP level education
 
- 7 months to 1 year of experience within similar role
 
- Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
 
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle delicate electronic components.
 
- High attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing, repairing, and assembling equipment.
 
- Able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling as required.
 
- Client-focused with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
 
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 
- Demonstrates professionalism, responsibility, and a commitment to quality work.
