Job description
- Plan and control the daily operations of our restaurant.
- Ensure that the daily operation of the restaurant is running smoothly.
- Implement operational procedures set out by restaurant including policy and procedure, health and Safety Standards and Safe Food Handling.
- Oversee staff scheduling, track daily staff hours, and make staff performance reports on a weekly basis.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow and implement procedures related to inventory control, food, labour and direct costs.
- Monitor and record weekly sales.
- Ensure quality, courteous service is provided to all customers.
- Assist the Restaurant manager in hiring, and training of new staff.
- Motivate staff to achieve maximum performance.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Manager to launch Marketing campaign and Promotions.
- Maintains compliance of all cash handling and cash auditing procedures, reports any overage/shortages.

Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school but not mandatory
- One year of experience in related field would be an asset but not mandatory
