Responsibilities
Tasks
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices with precision and efficiency.
- Repair or replace defective components such as screens, batteries, and internal circuits.
- Perform firmware updates, software installations, and factory resets as required.
- Install, configure, dismantle, and service telephone & mobile systems and related components.
- Ensure all repairs meet iFocus quality standards and are documented accurately.
- Maintain secure handling of client data and ensure confidentiality during repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team and clients regarding device usage and care.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate mobile device support into broader IT solutions.
- Keep updated with the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mobile devices.
- Manage inventory of mobile repair tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
