Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.

Wages: $20.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Over time wage:  $30.00 per hour after 8 hours a day and, 40 hours a week

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

Work Location: Unit #117 – 8166 128 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1

Eligibility:

• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of previous relevant experience is required
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Shampoo, condition, cut, trim, curl, wave, perm, and style hair.
• Analyze hair and scalp conditions; provide treatments or beauty care advice.
• Apply bleach, dyes, tints, or rinses to achieve desired color effects.
• Suggest hairstyles that complement clients’ features and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Style wigs, apply hair extensions, and prepare hair for special occasions.
• Perform receptionist tasks, order supplies, and assist in training apprentices, upon requirement.
