Shift: Continental – Rotating 2-week shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Wage: $35.35/HR + weekly / monthly incentives

Our client is seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights for their Harrow facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced industrial maintenance professionals with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or light industrial environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow and promote safe work practices by regulatory agencies and company policies (including LOTO, Arc Flash, and OSHA standards)
Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on all plant equipment, including industrial machinery, mechanical drives, and power systems
Troubleshoot mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment
Weld, cut, and fabricate parts for equipment installations
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Document work performed and prepare reports as required
Update and close work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate parts tracking
Available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance
Requirements:
Valid Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (433A) License
High School Diploma
5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Certified Welder (Plate, 3G, or other certifications preferred)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams
Ability to work at elevated heights and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
