Wage: $36.75 per hour
Vacation: 4% in lieu of paid vacation

JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:
- Rope access and renovations in high rise and commercial maintenance settings.
- Pressure washing, window washing, painting, caulking application, concrete repairs, membrane waterproofing application, and other renovation and maintenance duties performed at heights.
- Installation of structures for rope access work.
- Gear/anchor inspection and installation.
- Ordering, pickup, and delivery of materials and tools.
- Strict adherence to IRATA safety procedures.
REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:
- IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) certification: level 1 or higher.
- Minimum one year of experience (full-time or equivalent) in rope access, with experience in both construction and the operation of hand tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures as per the IRATA training manual.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Reliable and adaptable, with good judgment.
- Excellent oral communication.
