Job Description :-

Havana Vancouver is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complete meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our food service. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for a culinary professional with a passion for excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities :-

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

• Manage kitchen operations.

• Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

• Recruit and hire staff.

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet standards.

• Clean the kitchen and work areas.

Qualifications and Skills :-

•  Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. 

•  Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of professional cooking experience.

•  Languages: English.
