Wage Rate: $34.75/hr

Over Time Wage Rate: $52.12/hr

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: Various locations across Garibaldi Highlands, Squamish, Whistler, Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver and North Vancouver BC.
Languages: Basic knowledge of English is must.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
• Completion of Secondary School;
• 3-5 years of experience in related field

Benefits:
• As per employment standards Act
• 10 days paid vacations
• Over time after 40 hours
Job Duties:
• Able to determine wiring layouts for new and existing installations
• Interpret and read drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Good knowledge of all tools to be used by electrician in installation and repair
• Able to test continuity of circuits
• Able to connect electrical power to equipment, signalling devices etc.
• Keep maintenance records
• Check and ensuring compatibility and safety of system.
• Able to Install brackets, hangers, pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors
• May need to conduct preventive maintenance programs
