We, HBM 2002 B.C. HOLDING LTD. o/a Continental Seafood Restaurant, are looking for 2 full-time, and permanent Cooks. (We can consider part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Wage & Benefits: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr., depending on experience and based on 30-36hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation

Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in related fields or completion of college program in culinary arts, or a related discipline.
Language: English
Job description:
- Cook and present high quality dishes
- Prepare and make seafood, sauces, etc.
- Prepare, grill, fry, bake, sauté as required
- Assist the Head Chef
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain the kitchen by practicing good safety and sanitation
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May supervise or train kitchen helpers
