We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Service Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining high cleaning standards, and managing scheduling, supplies, and compliance with safety protocols.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning operations at residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
Hire, train, and evaluate cleaning staff and team leads.
Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality standards are met.
Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate with clients to address service needs and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare operational reports, incident logs, and performance evaluations.
Implement cost-effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business or management is an asset).
2–3 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial or cleaning services industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of WHMIS, workplace safety practices, and use of cleaning chemicals/equipment.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
