Job Duties:

• Communicating electronically or in person with the software users facing difficulties.
• Execute solutions with references from guides, manual and other documents.
• Provide advice and real time assistance to the user.
• Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect information and maintain problems & solutions log for the users.
• Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.
• Can redesign document or user manual if required.
• Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.
• Provide proper network, internet support to the users.

 Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School education is required.
• Post-Secondary Education in the field is required.
• No Work experience required.
