Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:$44,000 / year

 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 1165 Mainland St Vancouver, BC V6B 5P2

Education: Completion of college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant

management or related discipline is required.

Experience: 2 years of experience are required 

Languages:Written and Spoken English are required 

Duties:

• • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and
  serve food
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food items preparation
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • May participate in the selection of food service staff and help with the development of
  policies, procedures and budgets
