3 Cooks required

Salary $19/hr, Full Time, Permanent

Requirements:

Experience: 1 year or more

Education: Not required

Language: Basic oral English. Punjabi or Hindi as an asset

Duties:

Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Indian cuisine including all kind of veg and non-veg dishes like Palak Paneer, Dal Makhni, Butter chicken, Channa masala, all kind of Naans, etc.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Ensure quality of food meet standards

Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Supervise kitchen staff.
