2399968 Ontario Inc, O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 8887 Gore Rd Unit 57-58, Brampton, ON, L6P 2K9 requires 3 Assistant Cooks (Indian Cuisine) on Permanent/Full time basis. Wages $ 18.00/ hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Experience is an asset. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 days sick leaves will be given.

Job Duties Assistant Cook (Indian Cuisine)

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients.
• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas in accordance with company and health safety standards.
• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.
• Unloading supplies and organising the storeroom.
• Any other help that the cook may need in order to prepare any dishes.
