Job Duties

• Supervising staff, such as pizza makers, kitchen assistants, and cashiers, and assigning tasks.
• Training new employees and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and handling any issues that arise.
• Creating work schedules to ensure the store is properly staffed during peak and off-peak hours.
• Managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and ensuring supplies are always stocked.
• Ensuring quality standards for food preparation and service are consistently met.
• Handling customer complaints or special requests and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keeping track of sales, budgets, and other financials to maintain profitability.
