Cook Street Village Spa Ltd. (DBA Cook Street Village Spa) is located in Victoria, BC.  Our spa offers primarily manicure and pedicure services. We provide a variety of nail styles, such as gel nails, to give you a classy, more finessed look.  We also offer purifying facials, microblading, and several other services.

To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Spa Manager.

We offer: C$35.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Work location: 247 Cook St, Victoria, BC V8V 3X4 Canada

Employment requirements:

-       A Certificate or Diploma from a beauty school program is an asset.

-       At least 1 year of experience with manicures, pedicures, shellac/gel polish application, gel extensions, and nail art techniques.

-       Possesses good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

-       Discuss and help customers choose suitable nail treatments and services.

-       Establish procedures and customer service manners for the nail technicians

-       Planning and controlling all supplies, equipment and other inventory of the shop

-       Respond to customer inquiries, manage bookings and handle complaints from customers

-       Plan and manage advertising, marketing platforms

-       Responsible for hiring, training and supervising new nail technicians.

-       Knowing and understanding clearly nail services (manicure, pedicure) procedures.

-       Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate

-       Clean and sanitize tools and work environment.

-       Maintain good hygiene.
