2206765 Ontario Inc. O/A Mobile Savvy located at 2273 Rymal Rd E Unit 7, Hamilton, ON L8J 2V8 requires 1 Information Systems Implementation Consultant on a Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $ 44 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience. Job Duties:
- Requirement Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements to understand their business needs, processes, and goals. This involves gathering and documenting detailed specifications for the system to be implemented.
- System Design and Configuration: Designing information systems based on client requirements and industry best practices. Configuring software applications, databases, and system interfaces to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Project Planning and Management: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation process. Leading project teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met within the defined scope and timeframe.
- System Testing and Quality Assurance: Performing comprehensive testing of the implemented system to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies. Ensuring that the system meets quality standards and functions as intended.
- User Training and Support: Providing training sessions to end-users on how to effectively use the new system. Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the implemented information systems.
- Change Management: Implementing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems within the organization. Addressing resistance to change, communicating benefits, and managing stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Documenting all aspects of the implementation process, including system configurations, user manuals, and project reports. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations post-implementation. Collaborating with clients to implement continuous improvements and ensure the system remains aligned with evolving business needs.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring that the implemented information systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.
