Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Terms of Employment: 35-40hrs/Wk.

Salary: Starting at $17.00/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance operations at our fish processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Arrange for additional services like repairs and replacements.
• Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
• Manage budgets and perform cleaning tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic budget management.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
