Construction Project Coordinator
Wizcon Enterprises Ltd. located in Langley is looking for a full time Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Langley as soon as possible.
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget.
- Review the project schedule with Site Superintendent and provide two-week look ahead schedule
- Ensure all QC/QA are completed and submitted to General Contractor
- Ensure the scope of work is being followed and details are communicated to team members and the client as necessary, in a timely manner
- Assist the project Manager with technical assistance requests and follow-up
- Discuss revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain open and timely communications with all internal & external project team members and stakeholders for our various including yard, procurement, crane, pumping and head office.
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to Project Manager and General Contractor.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- A university degree in civil engineering is required
- At least 3+ years of work experience in construction industry or coordinating construction or civil projects
