Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance to ensure the company’s financial health.
  • Ensure all company operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the management team and staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Identify and manage business risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of children
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children and staff
  • Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Set performance targets for departments and monitor progress to ensure the company meets its goals.
