We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Project Coordinator to oversee IT projects, manage our Global Capability Centers (GCC), and work closely with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Position Overview:

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing ongoing IT projects, coordinating between teams such as web developers, web designers, graphic designers, and helpdesk technicians. The role also involves developing and managing GCC for clients, setting up IT helpdesk centers, creating pricing models for GCC, and partnering with external GCC players when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of IT projects, ensuring collaboration between web developers, web designers, graphic designers, and helpdesk technicians.
• GCC Management: Establish and manage Global Capability Centers (GCC) for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Helpdesk Creation: Develop and coordinate IT helpdesk centers to provide technical support across multiple time zones.
• Partnership Development: Build GCC capabilities either independently or by forming partnerships with GCC players.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies for GCC services.
• Cultural Competency: Utilize a deep understanding of Asian and North American business cultures and demographic trends to enhance service and strategy.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Manage teams and projects across Asia and North America e?ectively.
• Travel Coordination: Travel within India, Dubai, and Canada for project coordination, client meetings, and presentations as needed.

Quali?cationsandRequirements:

• A relevant degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently residing in India or Dubai.
• Ability to work across di?erent time zones (Asia and North America) and coordinate global projects.
• Strong understanding of Asian and North American business cultures.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing IT projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to India, Dubai, and Canada as required.

• Hourly pay of $18 plus commission on sales.
