Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance

Identify strengths and weaknesses of athletes or teams

Formulate competitive strategies, develop game plans and direct athletes and players during games or athletic events

Nurture and develop athletes' potential skills and abilities

Regional sports club, Local sports club

Other Requirement

Minimum 3 years of Badminton coaching experience;

National and international badminton competition experience;

National and/or international championship title holders will be preferred
