- Accurately enter and maintain customer account information into our database

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer data

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective data entry processes

- Continuously work to improve data entry procedures and maintain data integrity

- Adhere to all security and confidentiality standards in handling customer data

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- 1-2 years experience in data entry or customer service

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of financial services and investments is a plus
