JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education:College/CEGEPor equivalent experience

Experience:1 yearto less than 2 years

Supervision: 3-4 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Personal suitability:Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Dependability, Excellent written communication, Ability to multitask

Tasks:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
