Job Title: Construction project manager

Salary: $45.00 / hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 hours / week

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 2 years or more years of work experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Work Location Information: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Values and ethics, Team player, Organized, Excellent oral communication

Computer and technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office

Specific Skills:

• Coordinate subcontractors activities
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
